DSO Fluid Handling
DSO offers new, exchange, and reconditioned rubber-coated rotors specifically designed for APV R-series and Alfa Laval/Tri-Clover PR-series pumps. With nearly two decades of manufacturing experience, DSO has become a trusted supplier of high-quality rubber rotors.
All new rotors are manufactured using cast cores. The lobes under the rubber surface are made of stainless steel or aluminum, providing optimal performance and eliminating the risk of cracking rotor cores. DSO applies a strong bonding agent during the molding process to enhance the rotor’s lifespan and prevent rubber pieces from coming loose during production. Choose from BUNA, EPDM, and FKM/SFY materials, including metal-detectable options with all rotors 3A 18-03 certified.
Discover the reliability of DSO’s rubber-coated valve stems. Whether you need new, exchange, or reconditioned stems for Alfa Laval/Tri-Clover, SPI, or Waukesha valves, they have you covered. Additionally, DSO manufactures many of its valve stems with PTFE stem seats, offering versatility to suit your specific requirements.
Their meticulous manufacturing process involves applying a robust bonding agent during the rubber-to-metal molding, ensuring a longer lifespan and preventing ballooning or detachment during production. Choose from BUNA, EPDM, and SFY materials, with the option of metal-detectable rubber coatings.
DSO Fluid Handling’s sanitary gaskets go beyond the requirements of valves and pumps. Their elastomers conform to the U.S. Code of Regulations 21, Part 177.2600, ensuring their safety and reliability. DSO manufactures its parts to meet FDA standards, 3-A Sanitary Standards, and USP class VI certifications for pharmaceutical applications.
